The JCVA endeavors to provide support to a variety of veteran activities and to veterans themselves.

Incorporated as a 501(c)(19) organization under the laws of the state of Georgia and pursuant to the IRS Code of 1986, the Association is governed by a Board of Directors and elected Officials (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer) as defined in its Bylaws and as determined, in part, by its membership.

The primary focus of the JCVA will fall into two primary categories as determined by its Charter:

  • Outreach to returning veterans to encourage their participation in the club and to assist these veterans in obtaining the benefits earned by their service.
  • Social Function – Promote the general welfare of members of the association and their families.

In addition, the Association helps promote respect for the Flag of the United States of America, the concept of patriotism, and a sense of understanding for the service and sacrifice of those who served and continue to serve this nation and community.
